Filming for Netflix’s hit series The Night Agent is set to move to Los Angeles from Vancouver and New York. The move comes as The Night Agent is nearing a Season 4 renewal.
According to Deadline, the move is because the series is taking advantage of a 40 percent (aka $31.6 million) California tax credit. The decision to move shows that Netflix is interested in continuing the story, especially since the writers’ room is already working. However, Netflix hasn’t officially announced another season.
Creator Shawn Ryan is thought to be behind the series’ move to Los Angeles. Deadline reports that Ryan has a big relationship with Los Angeles as a filming location, thanks to his other projects such as The Shield, The Unit and S.W.A.T.

Even though Netflix hasn’t officially announced a fourth season of The Night Agent, it’s entirely possible that Netflix could continue its habit of announcing the next season during the premiere of a new season.
