Republicans continue to push to replace noncitizens from the survey data that are buried behind voting maps.

Thousands of people who are not U.S. are being tried repeatedly by GOP politicians. According to the 14th Amendment, “whole number of people in each state” must be included in population matters of U.S. citizens who reside in the states.
